The ovulatory phase begins with a surge in luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone levels. Luteinizing hormone stimulates egg release (ovulation), which usually occurs 16 to 32 hours after the surge begins. The estrogen level decreases during the surge, and the progesterone level starts to increase.
Your fertile window has arrived. A positive mood, high energy, and strong sex drive make you a force to be reckoned with. This phase is also characterized by HIIT workouts such as indoor cycling, intense strength training, and kickboxing (much

like the follicular phase).
You will notice similarities in the follicular and ovulatory phase. These are your performance phases- you will be energized and intent on being active these 2 weeks.
The ovulatory phase occurs in the middle of your cycle, at around day 14. For couples interested in conceiving, intercourse should ideally occur two to three times per week soon after the cycle begins to ensure that intercourse falls within the fertile window, which is
approximately one to two days prior to ovulation.
You will feel sensual and beautiful in this time, and it is important to embrace that divine femininity. Try something new with your partner, have some aphrodisiacs like oysters or dark chocolate!
You should try eating mushrooms, salmon, eggs, red meat, pumpkin, and ginger. These foods stimulate healthy blood glucose levels, important protein intake, and immunity.
